How long have you been in operation?

Hurtdidit, LLC has been serving clients since 1999 and is registered with the North Dakota Secretary of State. We count over 70 clients currently, from across the nation.

The HurtWeb service line is a hosted solution which we began developing in 2003, and have improved upon extensively since then. We continue to improve our service based on client feedback.

How much does HurtWeb cost?

HurtWeb pricing varies, depending on which plan you choose.  Compare plans to view pricing and options.

How long will it take to set up my new HurtWeb account?

Your HurtWeb account can be set up within one week after your order is placed and payment is received (usually sooner). If you require additional customization to the colors or header/footer, it may take a little longer. We will provide you with a specific timeline upon receipt of your order.

Is there a guarantee I will be satisfied with your services?

Will I be asked to sign a contract?

Whether you order HurtWeb online or otherwise, you must agree to abide by our Terms of Service. No contract signing is required for online orders, (unless you want one).

If you are ordering offline or by email, then we do use a contract. We believe most people are honest, but miscommunication can ruin a business relationship. A contract ensures both parties are on the same page, and will clear up confusion before it happens. Our standard contract is very brief (two pages) and is easy to understand (we don't enjoy legal-speak, either!).

What are my payment options?

We require payment upon signing of the contract (in other words, up-front), and can accept payment via check or most major credit cards via PayPal. If you order HurtWeb online, you will be given the option to either pay online with a credit card, or mail a check in with your order.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, we do! If an organization you refer to us signs on as a paying client, we will send you a voucher for $25 towards any services or products we provide (including your annual license renewal). We also work with website designers and marketing agencies to pay out "Finder's Fees" of greater value, depending on the number of referrals.  Contact us for details.
